Introduction<\/b><\/p>\n

By submitting an entry to the competition, the entrant agrees to these competition terms and conditions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The competition is being run by\u00a0Phrase a.s.. (\u201c<\/span>Phrase<\/b>\u201d) of V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed 2132\/47, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eligibility to Enter<\/b><\/p>\n

The competition is open to entrants who are existing customers of Phrase with an active subscription to a Phrase Enterprise solution (\u201cParticipants<\/b>\u201d). There is a limit of one entry per organization and the competition is free to enter. Phrase and its employees are not permitted to enter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participants confirm that they are permitted to enter into this competition, and to receive the prizes below.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Phrase reserves the right to refuse any individual or organisation from participating in the competition for any reason. <\/span><\/p>\n

Competition<\/b><\/p>\n

Each Participant may assemble a team comprising up to six people, all of whom must be employed by the Participant (\u201c<\/span>Team<\/b>\u201d).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The task for each Team is to use Phrase Orchestrator to design and deploy tailored workflows for the Participant\u2019s localization needs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The first 10 Participants will be offered the opportunity to attend a one-day in-person workshop with Phrase representatives to assist with their workflow requirements. All other Participants will be offered the opportunity to join an online group session with Phrase representatives.<\/span><\/p>\n

A panel of judges selected by Phrase will, by majority, choose the one winning Organization based on the submission which they perceive to represent the best use of Phrase Orchestrator. The panel\u2019s decision will be final and binding, and will not be capable of appeal or review.<\/span><\/p>\n

Teams must submit their final workflow by 21 November 2023 to be eligible for the prizes. The winning Participant will be announced on\u00a024 November 2023<\/span><\/p>\n

The Prize<\/b><\/p>\n

The winning prize will be\u00a0one of the following (at the winning Participant\u2019s election):\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. an \u201cexperience day\u201d to the value of EUR 2,000;<\/span>\n

    <\/span><\/li>\n

  2. a dinner for six to the value of EUR 2,000 at a restaurant near the head office of the winning Participant; or<\/span>\n

    <\/span><\/li>\n

  3. a EUR 2,000 donation to a charity of the winning Participant\u2019s choice.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Phrase reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Phrase’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Data Protection and Publicity<\/b><\/p>\n

    Participant acknowledges and agrees that any personal information provided on behalf of it and the Team in connection with the competition will be used by\u00a0Phrase and its affiliates\u00a0for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our <\/span>Privacy Policy<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Phrase may announce details of the results of the competition on\u00a0its website and social media channels. Unless otherwise instructed by a Participant in writing, Phrase may disclose the name of the Participant and the names and place of employment of its Team members.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Participant agrees to the terms of this Section on behalf of itself and its Team members. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/p>\n

    Phrase accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition.<\/span><\/p>\n

    General<\/b><\/p>\n

    Phrase a.s.\u00a0reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
